Korean Zucchini Stir Fry

Ingredients
- cooking oil
- 3 tbsp
- garlic minced
- 3 tsp
- onion julienned
- 3 small
- zucchini julienned
- 3 medium
- fine sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp
- sesame oil
- 3 tsp
- sesame seeds
- 3 tsp
Method
- 01Heat pan over low heat, add cooking oil, spread evenly.
- 02Cook garlic until lightly golden, about 5 to 10 seconds. Add onion, stir until translucent, about 30 seconds.
- 03Add zucchini, increase heat to medium. Stir frequently, season evenly with salt. Cook 3 to 4 minutes until tender.
- 04Drizzle sesame oil, sprinkle sesame seeds, stir quickly. Remove from heat.
