Sautéed Broccolini with Fresh Lemon and Garlic

Ingredients
- olive oil

- garlic thinly sliced
- 8 cloves
- red pepper flakes
- 3/4 to 1/2 tsp
- broccolini trimmed, halved lengthwise if thick
- 24 oz
- sea salt

- water
- 1/2 cup
- lemon juice fresh
- 4 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese grated
- to taste
Method
- 01Heat olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt.
- 02Cook 30 seconds, then add broccolini with another pinch of salt and toss gently for 1 to 2 minutes until lightly coated with oil.
- 03Add water, cover, and cook 8 to 10 minutes, tossing occasionally, until tender and vibrant green.10 min
- 04Remove from heat, toss with lemon juice, and season with salt to taste.
- 05Serve with Parmesan cheese and extra lemon if desired.
