Spaghetti and Meat Sauce

- ground beef

- onion diced

- garlic minced
- 2 cloves
- tomato paste
- 1 tbsp
- canned crushed tomatoes
- 14 can
- olive oil
- 1 tbsp
- salt
- to taste
- black pepper
- to taste
- dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp
- spaghetti
- 1/2 lb
Method
- 01Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- 02Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until no pink remains.8 min
- 03Add diced onion and cook until softened.5 min
- 04Stir in minced garlic and tomato paste, cook 1 minute.
- 05Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- 06Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens.25 min
- 07Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- 08Add spaghetti and cook until al dente.10 min
- 09Drain pasta and divide among bowls.
- 10Spoon meat sauce over pasta.
