Ingredients

cauliflower cut into florets
1 head
vegetable bouillon cube
1/2 cube
water
1/2 cup
garlic minced
2 cloves
silken tofu
4 oz
oregano dried
1/2 tsp
salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste
nutritional yeast
1 1/2 tbsp

Method

  1. 01Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil. Add cauliflower florets and cook 10 minutes until tender. Drain.10 min
  2. 02Dissolve bouillon cube in 1 cup hot water.
  3. 03Blend cauliflower, garlic, tofu, oregano, salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, and bouillon mixture until smooth.
  4. 04If sauce is too thick, add water or broth in 1/4 cup increments until desired consistency.
  5. 05Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve over cooked pasta.
