Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
- cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 head
- vegetable bouillon cube
- 1 1/2 cube
- water
- 1 1/2 cup
- garlic minced
- 5 cloves
- silken tofu
- 12 oz
- oregano dried
- 1 1/2 tsp
- salt
- to taste
- black pepper
- to taste
- nutritional yeast
- 4 1/2 tbsp
Method
- 01Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil. Add cauliflower florets and cook 10 minutes until tender. Drain.10 min
- 02Dissolve bouillon cube in 1 cup hot water.
- 03Blend cauliflower, garlic, tofu, oregano, salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, and bouillon mixture until smooth.
- 04If sauce is too thick, add water or broth in 1/4 cup increments until desired consistency.
- 05Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve over cooked pasta.
