chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
2 thighs
lemon halved
0.17 lemon
kosher salt
1/3 tsp
black pepper
0.08 tsp
garlic powder
1/3 tsp
onion powder
1/3 tsp
sweet paprika
0.17 tsp
dried herbs such as herbs de Provence or oregano
0.17 tsp

Method

  1. 01Squeeze lemon juice over chicken thighs, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried herbs. Rub seasoning well on both sides.
  2. 02Transfer thighs to air fryer skin side down.
  3. 03Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes, flip, then air fry 12 minutes more until golden, crispy, and cooked through.
