Ingredients
- chicken thighsbone-in, skin-on
- 8 thighs2 lb
- lemonhalved
- 2/3 lemon
- kosher salt
- 1 1/3 tsp
- black pepper
- 1/3 tsp
- garlic powder
- 1 1/3 tsp
- onion powder
- 1 1/3 tsp
- sweet paprika
- 2/3 tsp
- dried herbssuch as herbs de Provence or oregano
- 2/3 tsp

Method
- 01Squeeze lemon juice over chicken thighs, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried herbs. Rub seasoning well on both sides.
- 02Transfer thighs to air fryer skin side down.
- 03Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes, flip, then air fry 12 minutes more until golden, crispy, and cooked through.
