chickpeas rinsed and drained
1/2 (15 oz) can
cherry tomatoes quartered
3/4 cups
cucumber quartered
3/4 cups
red onion minced
1/8 cup
feta crumbled
1/8 cup
lemon juice

olive oil
1/4 tbsp
parsley chopped fresh
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1/8 tsp
dried basil
1/8 tsp
dried oregano
1/8 tsp
garlic powder
1/8 tsp

Method

  1. 01Prep red onion, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
  2. 02Drain and rinse chickpeas.
  3. 03Combine chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, black pepper, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. 04Serve cold.
