- chickpeas rinsed and drained
- 1 1/2 (15 oz) can
- cherry tomatoes quartered
- 2 1/4 cups
- cucumber quartered
- 2 1/4 cups
- red onion minced
- 3/8 cup
- feta crumbled
- 3/8 cup
- lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp
- olive oil
- 3/4 tbsp
- parsley chopped fresh
- 1 1/2 tsp
- black pepper
- 3/8 tsp
- dried basil
- 3/8 tsp
- dried oregano
- 3/8 tsp
- garlic powder
- 3/8 tsp
- salt
- 3/8 tsp
Method
- 01Prep red onion, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
- 02Drain and rinse chickpeas.
- 03Combine chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, black pepper, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- 04Serve cold.
