quick oats
1/4 cup
peanut butter melted

coconut oil melted
1/2 tbsp
egg room temperature

maple syrup

salt

semi-sweet chocolate chips

baking powder
1/4 tsp
banana mashed
1/2 small
milk room temperature

Method

  1. 01Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. 02Mash bananas in a bowl. Add milk, egg, melted peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup.
  3. 03In another bowl, mix rolled oats, quick oats, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. Add to wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. 04Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. 05Spray a 10.5 by 7.5 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Pour oat mixture into dish and top with additional chocolate chips if desired.
