- rolled oats
- 1 1/8 cup
- quick oats
- 3/4 cup
- peanut butter melted
- 0.19 cup
- coconut oil melted
- 1 1/2 tbsp
- egg room temperature
- 1
- maple syrup
- 0.19 cup
- salt
- 1/8 tsp
- semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/8 cup
- baking powder
- 3/4 tsp
- banana mashed
- 1 1/2 small
- milk room temperature
- 1 1/3 cup
- cinnamon
- 0.19 tsp
- vanilla extract
- 3/4 tsp
- non-stick cooking spray
- as needed
Method
- 01Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 02Mash bananas in a bowl. Add milk, egg, melted peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup.
- 03In another bowl, mix rolled oats, quick oats, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. Add to wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- 04Fold in chocolate chips.
- 05Spray a 10.5 by 7.5 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Pour oat mixture into dish and top with additional chocolate chips if desired.
