Ingredients
- shrimp tails removed

- avocado ripe

- salt
- 3 tsp
- garlic powder

- cucumber diced

- dill fresh

Method
- 01Bring a pot of water to boil. Add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes until pink and opaque.5 min
- 02Drain shrimp and place in a bowl of ice water to cool. Pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- 03Mash avocado. Season with salt, lemon juice, and garlic powder.
- 04Toss shrimp, avocado mixture, cucumber, dill, and chives together. Season to taste.
