Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
- chicken breast cut into 1/2 inch strips or cubes
- 1/2 lb
- cornstarch
- 1 tbsp
- salt
- to taste
- pepper
- to taste
- olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp
- soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp
- honey
- 1 tbsp
- sriracha
- 1/2 tsp
- ginger grated
- 1/2 tsp
- garlic minced
- 1 clove
- sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp
- sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp
- white rice cooked
- for serving
- scallions chopped
- small bunch
Method
- 01Whisk soy sauce, honey, sriracha, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- 02Toss chicken with cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- 03Heat a large pan over high heat for 2 minutes.
- 04Add oil and chicken to pan, stir-fry 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- 05Add sauce and simmer 3-4 minutes until thick and sticky.
- 06Transfer to a plate, top with scallions, and serve with rice.
