- coconut sugar

- cinnamon ground

Method
- 01Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with parchment liners.
- 02Add bananas, eggs, olive oil, rolled oats, coconut sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth, about 60 seconds, using the tamper or scraping sides as needed.
- 03Pour batter into muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- 04Bake 25 minutes until centers feel firm to the touch.25 min
