Grilled Chicken Marinade

Ingredients
- chicken breasts or thighs boneless, skinless
- 5 1/4 lb
- olive oil
- 3/4 cup
- lemon juice fresh
- 6 tbsp
- soy sauce low-sodium
- 3 tbsp
- garlic minced
- 9 cloves
- salt fine sea
- 4 1/2 tsp
- black pepper freshly cracked
- 3 tsp
- smoked paprika
- 3 tsp
- onion powder
- 3 tsp
- honey
- 3 tsp
Method
- 01If using chicken breasts, pound to even 3/4-inch thickness. Pat dry with paper towels.5 min
- 02Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, and honey in a bowl.
- 03Add chicken to a bowl or zip-top bag, pour marinade over, toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to 2 hours.30 min
- 04Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high. Lightly oil the grates.5 min
- 05Remove chicken from marinade, let excess drip off. Grill 5 to 7 minutes per side, flipping once, until charred and internal temperature reaches 165°F.15 min
