Grilled Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

chicken breasts or thighs boneless, skinless
3 1/2 lb
olive oil
1/2 cup
lemon juice fresh
4 tbsp
soy sauce low-sodium
2 tbsp
garlic minced
6 cloves
salt fine sea
3 tsp
black pepper freshly cracked
2 tsp
smoked paprika
2 tsp
onion powder
2 tsp
honey
2 tsp

Method

  1. 01If using chicken breasts, pound to even 3/4-inch thickness. Pat dry with paper towels.5 min
  2. 02Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, and honey in a bowl.
  3. 03Add chicken to a bowl or zip-top bag, pour marinade over, toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to 2 hours.30 min
  4. 04Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high. Lightly oil the grates.5 min
  5. 05Remove chicken from marinade, let excess drip off. Grill 5 to 7 minutes per side, flipping once, until charred and internal temperature reaches 165°F.15 min
