Honey Sriracha Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

honey
3/8 cup
soy sauce
3 tbsp
sriracha
2 1/4 tsp
ginger finely chopped
1 1/2 tbsp
garlic minced
2 clove
cornstarch
3 tsp
rice uncooked
1 cup
olive oil
3 tbsp
chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
3 breasts
bell pepper sliced into strips
3
red onion sliced into strips
2
snap peas
3 cups

Method

  1. 01Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. 02Whisk honey, soy sauce, sriracha, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch for the sauce.
  3. 03Heat 1 tbsp oil in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. 04Add bell peppers, onion, and snap peas. Cook 3-5 minutes until slightly softened.5 min
  5. 05Remove veggies to a plate. Add remaining oil to pan if needed.
  6. 06Add chicken and cook 5-7 minutes until cooked through and no longer pink.7 min
  7. 07Pour sauce over chicken and cook 1 minute until bubbling and thickened.
  8. 08Stir in veggies and serve immediately with rice. Drizzle with extra sriracha if desired.
