Method
- 01Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- 02Press tofu with paper towels to squeeze out as much water as possible.
- 03Chop tofu into cubes and toss in a bowl with tamari, olive oil, and cornstarch until evenly coated.
- 04Spread tofu on baking sheet and bake 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.28 min
- 05Whisk peanut butter, tamari, chilli flakes, maple syrup, sesame oil, lime juice, and water for the sauce.
- 06Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and green onion, cook 1-2 minutes.
- 07Add tofu and peanut sauce to pan, toss until evenly coated.
- 08Serve with rice or noodles. Top with cilantro and crushed peanuts if desired.
