Korean Spicy Shin Noodles with Bean Sprouts

Ingredients
- Korean shin ramyun
- 4 pack
- water
- 2200 ml
- mung bean sprouts rinsed
- 4 fistful
- green chili thinly sliced
- 4
- spring onion thinly sliced
- 2 stalk
Method
- 01Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add bean sprouts and cover.
- 02Once boiling, add noodles with powder sauce and dried vegetables from the pack. Stir occasionally with chopsticks and boil 2 to 3 minutes until noodles are just tender.
- 03Add chili and spring onion 30 seconds before serving. Transfer to a soup bowl and serve immediately.
