  2. 02Line a baking sheet with parchment. Toss potatoes with olive oil, spread on sheet, bake 20 min.20 min
  3. 03Whisk sriracha, honey, 1/4 cup olive oil, and 1 tsp garlic powder. Coat salmon with mixture.
  4. 04Push potatoes to one side of sheet. Add zucchini and salmon. Spray zucchini with oil, season zucchini and potatoes with salt, pepper, and remaining garlic powder.
  5. 05Bake 12-15 min until salmon is browned and flakes easily. Broil 1-2 min for crispier edges if desired.15 min
