strawberries stemmed and sliced
3 3/4 cup
raspberries
3 3/4 cup
blackberries
3 3/4 cup
lemon juice fresh
3 tsp
lemon zest fresh
3/4 tsp
pie crust refrigerated
3 sheet
egg beaten
3 egg

Method

  1. 01Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. 02Whisk sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. 03Toss in strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Gently mix to coat.
  4. 04Add lemon juice and lemon zest.
  5. 05Divide filling evenly into 4 ramekins (6 oz each).
  6. 06Cut pie crust into 4 circles about 4 inches round. Roll to elongate slightly.
  7. 07Cut a heart from the center of each crust and place over fruit in ramekins.
  8. 08Brush crust with beaten egg.
  9. 09Place ramekins on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until berries bubble and crust is golden, about 40 minutes.40 min
