Soy-freeplant milk mixed with cornstarchwhisk 2 tbsp plant milk with 1 tsp cornstarch, brush on crust
Method
- 01Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 02Whisk sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a large bowl.
- 03Toss in strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Gently mix to coat.
- 04Add lemon juice and lemon zest.
- 05Divide filling evenly into 4 ramekins (6 oz each).
- 06Cut pie crust into 4 circles about 4 inches round. Roll to elongate slightly.
- 07Cut a heart from the center of each crust and place over fruit in ramekins.
- 08Brush crust with beaten egg.
