- baby arugula packed
- 3/4 cup
- basil packed
- 3/8 cup
- garlic clove
- 1 clove
- almonds toasted
- 0.19 cup
- lemon zest
- 3/4 tsp
- lemon juice fresh
- 1 7/8 tsp
- olive oil light flavored
- 1/4 cup
- salt to taste
- to taste
- pepper cracked, to taste
- to taste
Method
- 01Place arugula, basil, garlic, almonds, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
- 02Pulse repeatedly until uniformly chopped but not overly smooth.
- 03Scrape down sides and pulse again.
- 04Add more olive oil for looser consistency or more almonds for sturdier texture as desired.
