basil packed
3/8 cup
garlic clove
1 clove
almonds toasted
0.19 cup
lemon zest
3/4 tsp
lemon juice fresh
1 7/8 tsp
olive oil light flavored
1/4 cup
salt to taste
to taste
pepper cracked, to taste
to taste

Method

  1. 01Place arugula, basil, garlic, almonds, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
  2. 02Pulse repeatedly until uniformly chopped but not overly smooth.
  3. 03Scrape down sides and pulse again.
  4. 04Add more olive oil for looser consistency or more almonds for sturdier texture as desired.
