- spicy chicken sausage or Italian sausagecasing removed

- penne pastadry
- 1 lb
- whipping cream
- 1 cup1 cup
- vodka
- 2 tbsp
- black pepper
- to taste
- parmesan cheese
- for serving3 tbsp

Method
- 01Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes, cook until garlic turns golden but not brown, 2-3 min.
- 02Add tomatoes and blend. Simmer uncovered 15 min until sauce thickens.15 min
- 03Cook sausage over medium-high heat, breaking into pieces until cooked through. Add to tomato sauce.
- 04Bring water to boil, add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and add to sauce.
- 05Add cream and vodka, toss. Cover, reduce to low and let sit 2-4 min.
- 06Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Serve with parmesan cheese.
