  1. 01Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes, cook until garlic turns golden but not brown, 2-3 min.
  2. 02Add tomatoes and blend. Simmer uncovered 15 min until sauce thickens.15 min
  3. 03Cook sausage over medium-high heat, breaking into pieces until cooked through. Add to tomato sauce.
  4. 04Bring water to boil, add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and add to sauce.
  5. 05Add cream and vodka, toss. Cover, reduce to low and let sit 2-4 min.
  6. 06Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Serve with parmesan cheese.
