Ingredients
- hazelnuts toasted, roughly chopped
- 1 cups
- sugar
- 3/4 cups
- cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1 1/2 tbsp
- vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp
- salt
- 1/8 tsp
Method
- 01Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 02Combine hazelnuts, sugar, cocoa, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- 03Stir until mixture is evenly moistened and holds together when pressed.
- 04Drop rough teaspoon-sized mounds onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing 1 inch apart.
- 05Bake until set but still soft inside, 12 to 15 minutes.14 min
