Ingredients

bananas ripe, mashed
3/8 large
rolled oats gluten free
1/4 cups
peanut butter creamy, all natural
1/8 cup
walnuts chopped
1/8 cup
chocolate chips vegan
0.06 cup
vanilla extract
1/8 tsp
cinnamon
1/8 tsp

Method

  1. 01Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a quarter sheet pan with cooking spray or coconut oil.
  2. 02Mash bananas with the back of a fork in a large bowl until broken down.
  3. 03Add oats, peanut butter, walnuts, chocolate chips, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir until combined into a thick batter.
  4. 04Transfer batter to prepared sheet and pat into corners, sides, and top.
  5. 05Bake 25 to 30 minutes until fragrant, lightly browned on top, and set through.28 min
  6. 06Cool completely. Slice into 16 bars with one vertical cut and seven horizontal cuts.
