  1. 01Mix ground chicken, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, Greek yogurt, grated onion, Italian seasoning, Urfa Biber, salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil in a bowl until combined.
  2. 02Spread remaining 1/4 cup bread crumbs on a plate. Divide chicken mixture into 4 portions, roll in bread crumbs, and flatten to 3/4-inch thick patties.
  3. 03Heat 2 tsp olive oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Arrange patties without touching and cook 4 to 5 minutes until browned.5 min
