Parmesan Roasted Broccoli with Balsamic Drizzle

Ingredients

- balsamic vinegar thick

- lemon zest
- 1 to 1 lemon

Method
- 01Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 02Toss broccoli with olive oil until coated. Arrange in an even layer and sprinkle with salt.
- 03Bake 15 minutes.15 min
- 04Remove pan, toss broccoli with spatula, arrange in an even layer, and sprinkle Parmesan over top.
- 05Bake 10 more minutes until florets are deeply golden on edges and Parmesan is golden and bubbly.10 min
- 06Drizzle balsamic vinegar over broccoli, grate lemon zest on top, sprinkle with red pepper flakes and flaky salt.
