Parmesan Roasted Broccoli with Balsamic Drizzle

Ingredients

broccoli florets cut into bite-sized pieces
1 1/2 lb
olive oil
3 tbsp
salt to taste
to taste
Parmesan cheese grated
3/4 cup
balsamic vinegar thick
2 1/4 to 2 tbsp
lemon zest
1 to 1 lemon
red pepper flakes
pinch
flaky sea salt
pinch

Method

  1. 01Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 02Toss broccoli with olive oil until coated. Arrange in an even layer and sprinkle with salt.
  3. 03Bake 15 minutes.15 min
  4. 04Remove pan, toss broccoli with spatula, arrange in an even layer, and sprinkle Parmesan over top.
  5. 05Bake 10 more minutes until florets are deeply golden on edges and Parmesan is golden and bubbly.10 min
  6. 06Drizzle balsamic vinegar over broccoli, grate lemon zest on top, sprinkle with red pepper flakes and flaky salt.
