Maple Cinnamon Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients
- butternut squash peeled, seeds scooped, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
- 1 butternut squash
- olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp
- maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp
- cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp
- paprika
- 1/4 tsp
- salt
- 1/4 tsp
Method
- 01Heat oven to 425°F.
- 02Toss butternut squash with olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, paprika, and salt. Arrange on a large baking sheet.
- 03Bake 15 minutes.15 min
- 04Stir and flip squash, return to oven for 10 to 20 minutes until a fork pierces cubes easily.
- 05Remove from oven.
