Ingredients

butternut squash peeled, seeds scooped, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1 butternut squash
olive oil
1 tbsp
maple syrup
1 tbsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
paprika
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp

Method

  1. 01Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. 02Toss butternut squash with olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, paprika, and salt. Arrange on a large baking sheet.
  3. 03Bake 15 minutes.15 min
  4. 04Stir and flip squash, return to oven for 10 to 20 minutes until a fork pierces cubes easily.
  5. 05Remove from oven.
