Ingredients

chicken breast chopped into bite-size pieces
1 medium
bell pepper chopped
1/2 cup
onion chopped
1/4 medium
zucchini chopped

broccoli florets
1/2 cup
tomatoes chopped
1/4 cup
olive oil
1 tbsp
salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1/4 tsp
Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp
paprika
1/8 tsp

Method

  1. 01Preheat oven to 500°F.
  2. 02Chop chicken into bite-size pieces and chop all vegetables.
  3. 03Place chicken and vegetables in a medium roasting dish or sheet pan.
  4. 04Add olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Toss to combine.
