Roasted Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients
- chicken breast chopped into bite-size pieces
- 3 medium
- bell pepper chopped
- 1 1/2 cup
- onion chopped
- 3/4 medium
- zucchini chopped
- 2
- broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 cup
- tomatoes chopped
- 3/4 cup
- olive oil
- 3 tbsp
- salt
- 3/4 tsp
- black pepper
- 3/4 tsp
- Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp
- paprika
- 3/8 tsp
Method
- 01Preheat oven to 500°F.
- 02Chop chicken into bite-size pieces and chop all vegetables.
- 03Place chicken and vegetables in a medium roasting dish or sheet pan.
- 04Add olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Toss to combine.
