Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

sweet potatoes diced

8 cups

olive oil

4 tbsp

chili powder

2 tsp

salt

2 tsp

black pepper

1 tsp

avocado oil spray

as needed

Method

1. 01Add diced sweet potatoes to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and stir.
2. 02Add chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until potatoes are coated.
3. 03Spray air fryer basket with avocado oil spray.
4. 04Add sweet potatoes to basket in a single layer without overlapping.
5. 05Air fry at 400°F for 12 to 16 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
