- seasoned breadcrumbs
- 3/8 cup
- Parmesan cheesegrated
- 1/8 cup1/8 cup
- buttermelted

- part-skim mozzarella cheeseshredded
- 3/8 cup3/8 cup
- marinara sauce

Method
- 01Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray a large baking sheet lightly with cooking spray.
- 02Combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan in a bowl. Melt butter in another bowl.
- 03Brush melted butter onto each chicken piece, then dip into breadcrumb mixture, pressing to coat. Place on baking sheet.
- 04Lightly spray chicken with cooking spray and bake 25 minutes until golden brown.25 min
- 05Remove from oven. Spoon 1 tbsp marinara sauce over each piece and top with 1 1/2 tbsp mozzarella.
- 06Bake 5 more minutes until cheese is melted. Garnish with basil if desired.5 min
