  1. 01Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray a large baking sheet lightly with cooking spray.
  2. 02Combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan in a bowl. Melt butter in another bowl.
  3. 03Brush melted butter onto each chicken piece, then dip into breadcrumb mixture, pressing to coat. Place on baking sheet.
  4. 04Lightly spray chicken with cooking spray and bake 25 minutes until golden brown.25 min
  5. 05Remove from oven. Spoon 1 tbsp marinara sauce over each piece and top with 1 1/2 tbsp mozzarella.
