Sautéed Asparagus with Lemon and Garlic

- asparagus trimmed, woody ends removed

- shallot thinly sliced
- 2 shallot
- garlic minced
- 6 cloves
- lemon juiced
- 2 lemon
- olive oil

Method
- 01Heat oil and sliced shallots in a large skillet over medium heat until sizzling.
- 02Add garlic and sauté for 5 minutes until shallots turn golden-brown.
- 03Increase heat to medium-high, add asparagus, and toss to coat.
- 04Reduce heat to medium, add lemon juice, cover, and cook 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 05Season with salt and pepper to taste.
