  1. 01Cut chicken breasts into tenders. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper, toss to coat.
  2. 02Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear half the chicken until golden brown on each side, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining chicken.
  3. 03Reduce heat to low. Add garlic and oregano, cook 1 minute, stirring frequently.
  4. 04Add tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Increase heat to medium and simmer 5 minutes, tossing gently. If tomatoes aren't juicy, add a splash of water.
  5. 05Return chicken to skillet, nestling it among tomatoes. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
