- salmon fillets skin on, 6 oz each
- 4 fillets
- olive oil
- 2 tbsp
- soy sauce
- 3 tbsp
- honey
- 3 tbsp
- sambal oelek
- 2 tbsp
- garlic minced
- 4 cloves
- fresh ginger grated
- 1 tbsp
- rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp
- jasmine rice
- 1 1/2 cups
- avocado sliced
- 1 large
- persian cucumber thinly sliced
- 1
- green onions sliced
- 2
- sesame seeds toasted
- 1 tbsp
- lime for serving
- 1
- kosher salt

Method
- 01Cook rice per package.18 min
- 02Whisk soy sauce, honey, sambal, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar.
- 03Pat salmon dry, salt both sides.
- 04Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high.
- 05Sear salmon skin-side down 4 min. Flip, 3 min.
- 06Lower heat, pour glaze over salmon, spoon to coat, 1 min.
- 07Pile rice in bowls, top with salmon, avocado, cucumber.
- 08Scatter green onions, sesame seeds. Squeeze lime over.
