- 01Combine soy sauce, rice wine, honey, garlic, ginger, and sriracha in a skillet over medium-low heat, stirring for 2 minutes.
- 02Add drumsticks, cover, and cook 5 minutes.5 min
- 03Turn drumsticks, cover, and cook 20 minutes over medium-low.20 min
- 04Turn again, cover, and cook 15 minutes until very tender.15 min
- 05Uncover and simmer until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
