- cheese tortellini
- 3/8 lb
- pesto
- 1/4 cup
- cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup
- kalamata olives
- 1/8 cup
- Parmesan cheese grated
- 0.08 cup
- fresh parsley chopped
- to taste
- fresh basil chopped
- to taste
Method
- 01Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.10 min
- 02Combine tortellini, tomatoes, olives, pesto, and Parmesan in a large bowl. Toss gently to coat.
- 03Serve warm or chilled. Garnish with parsley and basil if desired.
