- salmon fillets skins removed
- 6 3/8 fillets
- garlic
- 3 cloves
- garlic powder
- 1 5/8 tsp
- onion powder
- 0.8 tsp
- salt
- 0.8 tsp
- smoked paprika
- 3/8 tsp
- black pepper
- 3/8 tsp
- panko breadcrumbs gluten free
- 1/2 cup
- parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 3/8 cup
- olive oil
- 4.8 tbsp
- garlic minced
- 3 cloves
- mayonnaise
- 0.8 cup
- olive oil
- 3.2 tbsp
Method
- 01Pulse garlic and salmon in food processor until salmon is no longer chunky, about 10-15 seconds.
- 02Transfer to a bowl and stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, paprika, pepper, breadcrumbs, and parmesan.
- 03Form mixture into 5 burgers with your hands.
- 04Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
- 05Add burgers and cook 3-4 minutes per side until browned and crispy.8 min
- 06Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet and add minced garlic, cooking until slightly golden.
- 07Pour garlic and oil into a bowl with mayonnaise and stir to combine for aioli.
- 08Assemble burgers with aioli and serve.
