Ingredients
- ground turkey
- 1/2 lb3/4 cups
- sweet potatobaked, tightly packed
- 1/2 cup
- fine sea salt
- 1/2 tsp
- dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp
- ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp

Method
- 01Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 02Combine ground turkey, sweet potato, salt, thyme, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix with a fork until uniform.
- 03Scoop mixture with a 1-ounce cookie scoop and drop onto prepared sheet to form about 24 meatballs. Wet hands and smooth any rough balls.
