Greek Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

chicken breast chopped into 1 inch pieces

zucchini cut into 1 inch pieces
4 small
bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces

red onion cut into 1 inch pieces

basil dried

garlic powder

onion powder
1 tsp
salt

lemon sliced

feta cheese crumbled
1/2 cup
tortilla

Method

  1. 01Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. 02In a large bowl, toss chicken, zucchini, bell pepper, red onion, olive oil, oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until coated.
  3. 03Spread mixture on a large sheet pan in a single layer. Scatter lemon slices over top.
  4. 04Roast 15 to 20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are softened.18 min
  5. 05Remove lemon slices from pan. Spoon chicken and vegetables into each tortilla, sprinkle with feta, fold bottom up and sides over.
