Method
- 01Line air fryer basket with foil and preheat to 400°F.
- 02Whisk egg in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- 03Dip each tilapia fillet into egg, then into breadcrumb mixture, coating completely.
- 04Place tilapia on foil in air fryer and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.10 min
