Baked Brie with Fig Jam

Ingredients
- fig jam
- 1 1/2 tbsp
- dried mission figs sliced
- 0.17 cup
- pistachios shelled, roughly chopped
- 0.17 cup
- walnut hearts roughly chopped
- 0.17 cup
- brie
- 6 1/2 oz
Method
- 01Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 02Microwave fig jam in a microwave-safe dish for 30 seconds to soften.
- 03Combine dried figs with pistachios and walnuts in a small bowl. Add half the fig jam and mix to coat.
- 04Place brie in a small cast iron skillet or oven-safe dish. Coat with remaining jam using a small knife.
- 05Top brie with fig and nut mixture.
- 06Place skillet on a baking sheet. Bake on middle rack for 10 to 15 minutes until brie softens.12 min
- 07Remove from oven and let sit 3 to 5 minutes before serving warm with crackers.
