Baked Brie with Fig Jam

Ingredients

fig jam
6 tbsp
dried mission figs sliced
2/3 cup
pistachios shelled, roughly chopped
2/3 cup
walnut hearts roughly chopped
2/3 cup
brie
26 oz

Method

  1. 01Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. 02Microwave fig jam in a microwave-safe dish for 30 seconds to soften.
  3. 03Combine dried figs with pistachios and walnuts in a small bowl. Add half the fig jam and mix to coat.
  4. 04Place brie in a small cast iron skillet or oven-safe dish. Coat with remaining jam using a small knife.
  5. 05Top brie with fig and nut mixture.
  6. 06Place skillet on a baking sheet. Bake on middle rack for 10 to 15 minutes until brie softens.12 min
  7. 07Remove from oven and let sit 3 to 5 minutes before serving warm with crackers.
