Mango Bread

Ingredients
- all-purpose flour
- 2 cups
- baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons
- baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon
- salt
- 1/4 teaspoon
- mango peeled, pitted, diced
- 2 cups
- vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup
- sugar
- 1 cup
- applesauce unsweetened
- 1/2 cup
- vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon
Method
- 01Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
- 02Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt in a bowl.
- 03Whisk oil, sugar, applesauce, vanilla in another bowl.
- 04Fold mango into wet mixture.
- 05Fold wet mixture into dry mixture until just combined.
- 06Pour into prepared pan.
- 07Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 45 to 50 minutes.48 min
