Ingredients

soy sauce

brown sugar

rice wine

garlic minced

black pepper ground

ground beef

sesame seeds toasted

green onions thinly sliced
4 stalks
cooked rice
4 cups
gochujang
4 tbsp
sugar
2 tbsp
water
2 tbsp
rice vinegar
2 tsp

Method

  1. 01Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine, garlic, ginger, pepper, and sesame oil for the beef sauce. Set aside.
  2. 02Whisk gochujang, sesame oil, sugar, water, sesame seeds, rice vinegar, and garlic for the bibimbap sauce. Set aside.
  3. 03Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook ground beef, breaking clumps, until mostly brown.
  4. 04Pour beef sauce over meat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
  5. 05Stir in sesame seeds and green onions. Remove from heat.
  6. 06Divide rice among bowls. Top with beef and drizzle with bibimbap sauce.
