Asian Coleslaw with Sesame-Ginger Dressing

Ingredients
- rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp
- toasted sesame oil
- 1/3 tbsp
- olive oil
- 1/3 tbsp
- tamari
- 1/3 tbsp
- honey
- 1 tbsp
- garlic minced
- 1 clove
- ginger minced
- 1/3 inch
- red pepper flakes
- 0.08 tsp
- kosher salt
- 0.17 tsp
- cabbage shredded
- 2/3 lb
- carrot peeled and shredded
- 1
- green onion chopped
- 1
- cilantro chopped
- 1/3 cup
- sesame seeds
- 2/3 tbsp
Method
- 01In a large bowl, combine rice vinegar, sesame oil, olive oil, tamari, honey, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and salt. Stir until honey dissolves.
- 02Add cabbage, carrots, green onion, and cilantro. Toss well to coat.
- 03Marinate at least 15 minutes before serving. Toss again and garnish with sesame seeds.15 min
